Confidence Building Workshops

All students on our schemes benefit from confidence and self-esteem building workshops lead by Dilani, our project lead in Sri Lanka.

Working with parents is vital to the success of our projects. Dilani conducts talks not only to students, but also to parents promoting the value of education, the importance of attending school and how it can change lives.

She is also working to motivate students to study and encourage self directed learning.

As part of promoting self-esteem and team work, Dilani also organises group activities annually. Below are photos of group activities organised in celebration of World Children’s Day for the Railway Track Project, on the 20th Nov 2018.
